Kristine works with you to create a plan for your unique needs. She determines what nutrients you need and how your body absorbs and processes them. She performs state of the art-science-based testing, which might uncover toxins, hormonal imbalances or even hidden parasites. Once Kristine knows your health issues, she creates an action plan to improve your health and functioning. She will show you the basic principles of wellness and therapeutic lifestyle change. By blending western medicine with cutting edge science – research, clinical testing, and controlled studies based on anti-aging philosophies and disease prevention – she can help you feel better and be symptom-free.

Where do we meet for an appointment?

Can sessions be done via phone or Skype?
Yes. For people who cannot see Kristine in person, care can be established via telephone or skype. Payment for these services will be required at time of consultation by credit card. Remote healing consultations may require the faxing or mailing of copies of your previous tests or diagnosis to K.Bahr.
What can I expect on the first visit?
During your first visit Kristine will go over your health history, life-style habits, current physical status, and personal goals. Testing may be required and she will order any appropriate tests to diagnose critical issues you may be having and determine the best course of action. Based on the information gathered, Kristine will then research your case and design your individualized nutrition plan to be discussed at the follow-up appointment. Some recommendations will be given during the initial appointment.
What do I need to bring to the first appointment?
For your first appointment please bring with you completed health forms (if not submitted online), as well as, recent lab work, 3 day journal, sleep and reactions to food log.
Do you accept health insurance?
Kristine is a provider of all insurances, including state insurance. Benefits may vary, so please check with your insurance provider regarding nutrition benefits prior to your appointment.
Are lab tests covered by insurance?
Most insurance plans cover lab tests and services, so you only pay your usual co-payment for the consultation. Please check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment.
